The Pain of Regret

Lord,

Regret clings to my soul like a shadow, whispering of moments I can never reclaim. I wish I had been kinder to the ones who mattered most. My selfishness kept me from seeing the hurt I caused, and now I carry the burden of lost time.

Please, God, help me to make amends. Teach me to be humble enough to say sorry and strong enough to start anew. I pray for Your guidance as I reach out to heal the wounds I have inflicted. Let my actions reflect the love and forgiveness You have shown me.
