Forgiving Myself and Others

Dear Lord,

I find it hard to forgive myself for the mistakes I’ve made. The guilt I carry feels like a chain around my heart. But You remind me that forgiveness is the key to freedom—not just for myself, but for others who have wronged me as well.

Please, God, give me the courage to let go of bitterness and embrace the grace You so freely give. Teach me to forgive, not because others deserve it, but because You have forgiven me. Thank You for showing me that forgiveness is not a sign of weakness, but of strength and love.
